“This is a solid mustard-based sauce with a mild heat level. The first ingredient I taste is carrot, which along with the mustard, complements a wide variety of foods. It's good on pretty much anything, but I really like it on salads. I'd say 3/10 is about right on heat. Still, I think calling this a "Bajan" sauce is a bit of a stretch; the ingredients include tropical fruits that you'd associate with a Bajan sauce, but for me at least, they just don't come through, overpowered by the mustard. If you want a really good Bajan sauce, check out Lottie's and Pirate's Lantern.”

“Great sauce- spicy without being overwhelming and a delightful flavor. 1st time trying a hot sauce that uses scotch bonnet peppers and I liked the heat level. Would purchase again.”

“Big fan of the flavor. It’s got a mustardy taste to it and plenty heat. Not too overbearing but definitely will get you if you’re not careful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes a spicier and sharper hot sauce.”
