“I have been wanting this sauce since seeing it on S24 - finally bit the bullet and was NOT disappointed! It has the perfect balance of sour and spice (but not too much). The vinegar flavor of kimchi is definitely present but not overpowering, and you don't get the funkiness of some kimchi either (being Korean I am quite familiar with both good and bad kimchi). We tried it on some chicken along with some chili garlic crunch and it was delicious! Looking forward to trying it on more stuff - and will absolutely be buying another bottle!”
