“Flavor-wise, this is my favorite from the S24 lineup. It could use a little more heat for my personal preferences, but at least I've been able to share this with my less heat-tolerant friends. This one blows away the other fermented sauce from this season. Great on eggs, rice dishes, pizza, or added to soups. Kimchi is somewhat of a niche flavor, but I haven't found anything yet that I didn't like this on. My only "complaint" is the sauce is quite thick, so the bottle doesn't last long. Almost like a finely-diced salsa, consistency wise. Of course, it wouldn't be fair to deduct points for the empty bottle speed run.”
