“I've had this one in the fridge for a while looking for an excuse to try it. I've ended up using it to spice-up store bought kimchi and it works well for that. It's a bright, crisp, vegetal flavor - no surprises; it tastes like kimchi. I would recommend if you have the use case for it. I just don't eat Korean often enough to get it again which is a shame as the bottle also looks rather dapper, and avoids the heavy metal esthetic many sauce brands go for. A unique hot sauce, and worth a try!”

“I love kimchi and always have a jar of quality stuff in the fridge, so I was skeptical that a hot sauce derived from it would meet my standards when I could just use the real thing. This sauce captures the essence of kimchi perfectly, with an extra tang that I find improves the flavor. It's also a lot easier to use than regular kimchi, a smooth consistency as opposed to chunks of cabbage and radish in a thin liquid. It could use a bit more heat, but I found myself using a lot of it anyway, to the point I killed the bottle in three meals, so I'm about to order a few more now.”

“THE most flavorful hot sauce I’ve ever had. It’s great on pizza, chicken, rice, eggs, and I’m sure several other things I’ve yet to try it on!”
