“This is a good addition to pork chops or as a first sauce on your Hot One’s challenge. While I don’t taste the curry, it’s a fair, yummy, if slightly-sugary addition to enhance your meal.”

“This has a nice, bright, green curry flavor that is mild enough for non heatonists. It can add layers and depth to your favorite curry dishes and also make any bland dish an instant curry.”

“Used this one a Thai fried rice that was lackluster and it brought some vitality back to the dish. This isn’t exactly a multi-contextual hot sauce. It tastes like Thai green curry of the sort you eat with tofu. Don’t buy and then put on scrambled eggs and pizza. At its lengthiest reach, I can see adding this to a chicken or fish taco that has avocado and cilantro and lime juice on it — because now you are already halfway to a Thai flavor world. If you want to try something nichey, this is a good buy!”

“I compared this to the Fresno Garlic, Maple Chili, and the one with strawberry in it. I like the flavor of this one most but I couldn’t find any hint of curry. It tasted like salsa verde which is good but when you’re expecting a hint of curry…”
