“For the Holiday, I bought 10 different sauces so that my extended family and I could have our own Hot Ones Challenge. It was a highlight for everyone, I can't recommend a better friend and family bonding activity. This is very ginger forward, which should be expected. However, it was almost too gingery for my taste. It has some great heat and the pineapple is a very complementary flavor.”

“I guess when a sauce has a "flavor" I expect to be hit over the head with it. The flavor and heat are ok but I don't really get ginger when I use it.”

“I can definitely taste the pineapple, and it's very flavorful. It has a lingering heat, but isn't unmanageable. PS, I am learning that I prefer a more smokey heat than this fruity heat, if that helps you decide.”
