“Delightfully unique, alarmingly addictive! Love to put it on virtually any preparation of chicken, though sometimes I eat just a tiny spoonful of it to satisfy bizarre/inexplicable cravings for the flavor as well as the pain (like dozens of tiny knives jabbing your tongue and lips for awhile, yet it’s pleasant?)”

“I used this hot sauce to add some strong flavor to my chicken and rice bowl and this did not disappoint. The ginger is the hero of the sauce with notes of pineapple at the end. Would recommend”

“The ginger and the level of heat with this sauce is fantastic! My wife is filipino and picks on me because I am white and try to eat as hot of food as her fmaily can. Ginger is not a reoccuring cooking item for me, so the ginger and vinegar hit me pretty good. By no means anywhere near overwhelming, this is a mid level hot sauce at best. But the taste of how this is blended together is fantastic. I just had to decrease the star level dramatically due to the over all texture of the sauce. This turns out to be a pretty thick boy. I have a hard time getting this one out of the bottle but the flavor is so good that the inconsistent blend of ingredients can be overlooked, but as a condiment the porability can not be over looked. As a marinade, astounding!”
