“This sauce is a sneaker hit in our house... Initially the first hit of ginger can sometimes strike very surprisingly, but we find this to be a great condiment hit with pizzas, tacos, burritos... anything with melted cheese! Gosh, it's also golden with seafood of any kind. Such a wonderful middle ground heat level too. Already looking forward to my next bottle so I can marinade with it.”

“This is the new go-to for almost anything chicken or pork. The ginger and spice is strong enough that a few dabs can do on almost any dish, but the heat isn't so frontloaded that if you really want to coat the plate you'll lose the flavor. Highly recommended!”
