“Awesome flavor that is sweet and spicy hot, depending on if chilled or room temperature can impact the spiciness i believe. I think this was #6 on hot ones and has some heat on is. The ginger is a nice kick to finish off a great taste. Now put that on a cracker dude lol.”

“Awesome flavor but would appreciate a slightly hotter finish. This sauce has appeal for a broad audience, but a hotter version would be awesome. Heat level lower than any habenero sauces. Heat level low to medium”

“This sauce is hotter then whatever they rated it, and I HATE carrots which is the base of this sauce. HOWEVER! If you toss this on a perfectly smoked protein. this sauce shines with the pineapple and ginger. Lump charcoal, chicken wings, pork chops/loin, flank steak+this. O.M.G.”

“Tried Ginger Goat with wings. This is one is sooo good! This is another one where the flavor hits before the heat. I took a bite and tasted the sweetness of the pineapple and then the ginger. It is super ginger forward. Just when I was wondering about the heat, it hit. And it hit HARD. This one is tasty AF. The description on the bottle reads: “A balanced blend of smoked pineapple, ginger & garlic with a headbutt of Carolina Reaper at the tail end.” That is a *perfect* description of this sauce.”

“I'm a huge fan of both the flavors of pineapple and ginger. I love the heat this hot sauce gives without being purely painful. The flavor is a very playful flavor when it hits your taste buds.”
