“Another awesome sauce from Angry Goat! It’s got such a unique fruit flavor. Not the typical limes and citrus but melon really shines. Good heat too. Kind of middle levels in perhaps the 4 to 5 range.”

“I like this sauce. You can definitely get the melon taste coming through & it’s got a nice kick to it. It’s not for all dishes, in my opinion. I’ve tried it on several things & it seems to pair best with chicken & it’s not bad on eggs.”

“This sauce has roughly the same color of chicken noodle soup that it can be added without distorting the appearance. It gave a nice kick to an innocent looking dish.”
