“Awesome stuff - great spice and consistency. The melon is a great add that allows it to be used in more items. Personally like it on quesadillas - but it can overpower if you aren’t careful. Depends what you are going for. Very bright, hot/spicy with a little touch of sweetness.”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. We find it really sings in a ham sandwich or on pepperoni pizza. Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“Not too sweet, not to hot so you can use a lot of it without incinerating your mouth. Great medley of flavors.”

“Great flavor. Starts of sweet and slowly builds up to spice. Does not have that disgusting flavor that usually comes with spicy sauces. Great on pizza, wings, in ramen, or even pasta.”
