“This flavor profile seems to pair better on the red meat type foods in my opinion. Tastes great on all, but I prefer it on burgers with come fried onions and cheese. The packaging of this sauce is poetic and deep. The bottle, much like my my childhood during my father’s biker days... is left empty and see through like my soul when you give all you have just to be liked.”

“It can be hard to imagine what exactly this sauce would go great on. So far, it hasn't made a dish worse. I toss a generous amount in with my Bacon and Eggs in the morning and its delicious. It is quite runny as far as liquids go, so I find cooking with it a bit easier than trying to top it on my food like a condiment (also I keep it in the fridge and cold sauce on my hot food doesn't also work for me). I've tried many hot sauces over the years, this is deffinately a bottle I will be replacing as soon as it's gone.”

“Love this sauce! It has a mellow slow building heat that doesn’t overwhelm the food you put it on. Almost like a spicy high quality balsamic vinegar. I used it on some Greek gyros and it complemented the lamb flavor perfectly. I will definitely be buying this again.”

“I really want to like this sauce. I love the level of spiciness it's just the right amount, however as I have come to realize I prefer sweet and spicy sauces.”

“This has a sweet taste to it. It's a unique flavor. It is great with decent heat, however the only tacos I like it on are pork. Otherwise I can't think of anything I'd put it on.”

“I got my order in less than a week, this hot sauce is absolutely amazing. I’ve never had something like it. The taste is weird at first but it was just so good. I used it on chicken, egg sandwiches, and rice when we ordered take out for Chinese food. I love it! 5 stars.”
