“This sauce is THE BOSS! The upfront sweet factor coming from the maple syrup really sets things up nicely for the apple cider vinegar to step up and introduce you to the Cayenne/Ghost Pepper combo that really knocks your socks off! Whatta flavor on this bad boy! Add to that, the hand drawn labels Angry Goat Pepper Co. has made a sauce that siply doesn’t quit! I crave this sauce day & night. I put it on EVERYTHING & as soon as I hear the words “Goat Rider,” I begin salivating like one of those dogs from Pavlov’s experiments! I cant get enough of this stuff & my wife knows it... so she just pledged to ensure I don’t run out of it ALL YEAR! She just ordered me three bottles for my birthday & I wouldn’t be in the least bit upset if I got three more! It doesn’t get any better than this folks. Prepare yourself for a perfect sauce that will make you want to grab the bottle for EVERY meal!”

“Firstly, not a bad sauce by any means. Balsamic flavor comes through pretty strong, which was expected given the description but still was a little more prominent than I'd prefer. That being said, if you are a big balsamic vinegar fan this will be perfect for you. Still trying to find out what it's best paired with, I've tried it with a few chicken dishes and it is good but it doesn't seem like the ideal pairing.”

“Not really spicy at all, but goes great with mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, pretty much anything that would go good with balsamic vinegar. VERY mild though”

“If you like vinegar you will enjoy this sauce. I personally do not but that doesn't make it a bad sauce. It still has a nice flavor underneath the vinegar. I did not find it very spicy, but then again I can tolerate A LOT of heat!”
