“This sauce is so tasty. It is spicier than I can actually handle, to be honest. But that balsamic flavor keeps me coming back. I knew it would be rather hot when I got it. But the label, flavor description and reviews enticed me to be adventurous. This is a complex sauce. Yes it has a lot of heat but it isn't just a punch you in the face spicy hot sauce. There's a lot going on that makes this stuff really worthwhile. Will I buy it again? Honestly probably not because it is rather hotter than I'd like. But I'll definitely finish this bottle. And who knows, my tolerance might build up enough by then and I'll come back for more.”

“It’s sweet, has a rich flavor, but has a burn the family will enjoy (not just the hot sauce freak). I tip my crusted honey mustard chicken with it - and it’s a household favorite.”

“Nice, savory flavor with a long, slow heat that builds and stays with you for awhile. The heat doesn't jump out immediately and it's easy to dismiss it as a "hot sauce" but by the time you get to the end of your meal the light bulb goes off and you think, "Wow, that does have a fun little heat." The flavor is forefront with this sauce and it's a great condiment for sandwiches, rice bowls, etc.”

“The balsamic vinegar base makes it so different and the mild to low medium heat from this sauce makes it amazing. Personally, I wouldn’t call it hot by any means but the flavor is just very unique. I find myself using this the most when making avocado toast, eggs or to give a caprese a little kick. I’ve gone through two bottles pretty quickly. So needless to say it’s become a staple!”
