“The best way to describe this sauce is that it's like spicy balsamic vinegar. It got more sophistication than that, but that's the general idea. This makes it very easy to pair with a lot of things. It's great with roasted peppers and eggplants (or vegetables in general), it works well on steak because of its grape-like sweetness, and it's good on rice as well. In terms of heat, it feels easy to manage, but it has enough bite that I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to a beginner. I would've liked it to be hotter, but I'm also not disappointed. There's something very satisfying about how it farms your throat. Overall, I think it's one of those instant hit sauces that you can throw into any culinary scenario and it'll do great. Nice flavor, not too sweet, easy to pair with everything, provides enough heat to satisfy but not so much heat that you feel like you need to be careful about how much of it you use.”
