This one is definitely vinegar-forward but you are spot on that incorporating it as a marinade will let the vinegar and sugars caramelize to make it less tart!

“A completely different flavor profile than most, uses the grapey balsamic taste as vinegar very effectively. Delicious with heat but not overwhelming. Wings, thighs, veg.”

“What a beautiful tasting upgrade it is, to have entered the market of middle class sauces. So much better than the generics on the tables of late night breakfast stops. My first taste, I was convinced it was the best tasting sauce Id ever had. Poirier's was before that. Both from Heatonist. I like the 4 on the heatscale as preferred to the poiriers 3. They are like comparing A-1 to Tapatio lmfao. Hopefully the bottle I recieved, with COnor McGregor's mother riding the motorcycle, will be a collectors item, since her son has now turned on DP, they probably will not be in production much longer. Loved it, bought it along with my second bottle of Poirier's, to get 2 bottles, shipped for the same price of 1. Beat's the hell out of mass produced commercial store stuff.”

“One of the best hot sauces I’ve ever had. It has a very strong barbecue flavor. Definitely packs a punch with the heat if you use a large amount but just a light dab won’t hurt too much. It’s heat stacks the more you eat but it’s manageable at low levels. This one has become a hot sauce staple for me.”

“Goat Rider is a great tasting sauce. It has a nice smokey flavor with the heat coming in under it for a good balance taste and experience. This one you can feel in the back of the throat and a bit on the back of the tongue rather than all tongue or mouth. It's been awesome on chicken and fries.”
