Honestly!!!! I am Costa Rican so had to purchase this sauce to try it but HOLY CRAP. It's just hot to be hot and wasn't fun to eat. Couldn't find a flavor past "fire" -- anyone think this is similar to Da Bomb?

Really not a redeeming quality about this one. It's hot for sure, but flavor wise, I'd never put it on anything to make it better. Just tasted hot and bitter.

I was hopeful for this sauce based on its Latin-American origins, but it felt pretty one-note to me. I tend toward brighter Caribbean-style hot sauces, and this one seemed to lack any overall flavor identity and was mostly a darker heat with lots of black pepper bite that kept it from blending with anything in particular.

This bottle didn't last more than 6 days, what can I say. It has an amazing flavor and a good heat, i will be purchasing more for sure.

This was the first sauce I have had in a while that was too hot for me at first - I thought it was significantly hotter than the other 9/10 sauces I had from the site (with the exception of Reaper Squeezings, which I have been too scared to taste again). So a great sauce for pepper heads! The taste is difficult to describe - citrusy from the lemon, but also a super strong ghost pepper flavor. At first, I had trouble pairing it with food, but I have actually really enjoyed it with Szechuan cooking. Definitely a great sauce for stepping up your heat tolerance.

I hate to say this sauce is my least favorite of the four sauces I bought from you guys. There’s no real heat from it, and there’s no real flavor I feel. It’s just bland. Which is strange, because normally you get one or the other with a good hot sauce. Sometimes you get lucky and get both flavor and heat, but not this one. Don’t get me wrong, I’m going to finish the bottle, it’s just that it’s not as a good as the others. It’s disappointing too, because this sauce is from Costa Rica and I expected more from it. In my many visits to my lady’s country El Salvador, I’ve had extremely hot, tasty, and potent sauces. So I guess I expected more from another Central American Hot Sauce. Lol I’m sorry for the long review.

I wasn't going to review this one until I make an actual pizza with this Sauce but here I am. Definitley on the HOT side (obviously)- This one I enjoy on anything that deserves a Kick. But Because its soo spicy, its probably best to enjoy with foods that contain more ingredients as opposed to a finger food. Varied international sandwiches for me seem to fit extremely well here. Great all arounder Taste like what a Hot sauce should taste like: not sweet, Does Not taste like Vinegar. SIDE NOTE: I ended up looking for Other sauces to try that are less spicy made by Monoloco (**hint hint Heatonist). Gotta take care of your Stomach Bro!

This has a nice burn that's very up front. I found the flavours came out best when heated and particularly made a great addition to ramen broth.
