Incredible flavor and heat right up from this sauce. Theres no wait time on the heat, but not over powering on the smoky fruit vibes. The heat stays with you too, so be warned.

For me it really has no flavor. It just burns...lol I was expecting a little more robust taste. This may pair well with dishes that you don't want the hot sauce to overtake/change the taste. If it would've had more flavoring I'm sure I would have given it a 5 star. However, the sauce has a instant kick...with a lasting tingling in your mouth.

Tried this on the basis of the description and was not disappointed - it has both a unique flavor and the all important heat. However, be warned - unlike many hot sauces - this delicious hot one MUST be refrigerated after opening. After the first week or so and only 1/4 way though the bottle, mine spoiled. :o( Will get more soon!

Very nice flavor from the Scotch bonnet peppers, I like it dabbed on spoonfuls of Chili con Carne.

Tastes great, like peppers. It's also very spicy without using extract. If you're looking for a sauce with great pepper flavor that will make you sweat, get the crazy monkey.

I was looking for a seriously hot but versatile sauce, and boy is this the one! I love the balanced flavor and lack of vinegary taste, and it blends nicely with all the food I've tried it on. Plenty spicy for those looking for extreme heat, but won't overwhelm if used in small quantities.
