“The combination of not overly spicy and smoky is brilliant and makes it suitable for a lot of dishes. Tried it with minced beef, soups, to add some extra kick to mustard and curry ketchup. Also good with stews.”

“I think this may be my favorite so far! I use it on vegetables & even popcorn. If I wasn't on a very low protein diet because of kidney disease, I'm sure it would be great on meat. It's so good!”

“The other reviewers got it right, this is definitely a smoky sauce…. And I love it!! My favorite so far has been on a rice and bean dish. The smoke is the main attraction, which leaves the sneaking up heat a nice surprise. Definitely adding this to the “order again” category”

“Not super spice, a typical Jalapeño burn, but the smokey flavor is like something ive never tasted before, let alone in a hot sauce. You owe it to yourself to try at least once and have your socks knocked off.”

“Wow. The Smokey flavor is probably the most strong of any sauce I’ve had, and I mean that as a positive. Its Smokey flavor is delicious and the mild heat means that no matter your spicy mood you can put it on anything.”
