“We always have 3-4 bottles or flavors of his sauces in our house. Smokey J and Funky Garlic are the must haves and then a couple of others are rotated through. My wife has never been a huge fan of hot sauces until introduced to Smokey J and now it has been like a gateway drug that has encouraged her to explore and enjoy. These are not just hot sauces, these are first and foremost taste journeys that just happen to be spicy.”

“What I love about all of the Sam 'Sa House sauces are that they put amazing flavor first, and Smokey J is no exception. Sam grows, smokes, formulas and blends every thing in every batch. This sauce has a fantastic blend with flavor notes as described. I am luck enough to live in the same town and have 5 varieties in my fridge right now. Buy it NOW! You won't be disappointed.”
