“I like it , but it's limited. It's really good on a hot dog, it's a crazy mix of bbq sauce and mustard. Buts it is really good with a dilly twist.”

“The sauce is good, decent heat, but the amount of dill was overpowering and masking most of the other flavors. I think if they pulled back on that, you would get more of a balance with the other flavors and improve it.”

“The Hoff arrived in a box set, and it saved my tastebuds from being washed out to sea. Baywatch puns aside, it’s a really great hot sauce that I love to use with my breakfast (eggs, potatoes, sausages, etc.)”

“As a hot sauce newbie I have to say Hoff's has won me over in a huge way! I cannot even eat eggs any more without the bottle by my side and of all the bottle we got to try from the Heatonist it will certainly be the first to be replaced! I was actually surprised to see the line up of peppers included in it because it does not seem *that* hot me, just super flavorful and everything you want to kick the flavor & the heat up a bit! Looking forward to adding it to my deviled eggs!”

“I made rye flour soft pretzels specifically to pair with this hot sauce and it worked perfectly. The mustard flavor balanced well with the saltiness of the pretzel. Also pairs well with corned beef.”
