“I’m getting to the point in my hot sauce taste to take it down a notch. I like the higher side of medium. This sauce is excellent in chili’s,bean soups and beef sandwiches. It is my new favorite sauce until I run out (out of stock at time of review). Great sauce”

“We are big Hot Ones fans, so for my son's birthday we did our own. Hoff's has a nice flavor and pleasant amount of heat. We used it on wings (obviously!), but I'd imagine it would be tasty on most meats, maybe a spicy "ketchup" for fries. It's a good, slightly smokey (but not too much) all-purpose hot sauce. Apparently, I am supposed to mention dogs in this review; however, while I highly recommend this sauce for humans, I do not for pups.”

“Very traditional hot sauce here without trying to be fancy. Love the flavor and love that it is local here to Tennessee. Not too much heat and goes great on anything you'd put Tapatio on.”

“Awesome mild sauce I’ve used it on steak and on meat pies. I’ve always liked pepper on my food and that comes through in this sauce. If you keep a variety of heat levels like I do you will want this as a solid member of the family.”
