“It's much hotter than expected. I was a dumbdumb and thought it would be more mustard flavor and after spice like traditional hot mustard forgetting this is pepper based and not horseradish. I'm just not a fan of the scotch bonnet pepper flavor, it ruined it for me and I can't taste the mustard. This is personal preference though. Just be aware of you're looking for mostly mustard flavor this isn't it.”

“This is quite hot for me, and too sweet to really pair with other mustard well to dilute it, so I tend to just use a small amount. If it had less of a sweet flavor I'd eat more of it for sure.”
