“This sauce is really good. Starts off mellow and flavorful then has a nice punch on the back end. Great on tacos, nachos, and, surprisingly, apple pie. Trust me on that last one. The spices and warmth mesh perfectly with the common flavors of apple pie and give it a nice bright punch to finish it off.”

“OK if you love vinegar and you love mustard there is not a better hot sauce that I found! This sauce hits all the right squares in order to enhance your food. I was worried it wouldn’t have enough heat. For Reference I think the last dab is hot but certainly not overwhelming and I use a lot more than one dab of it so I was pleasantly surprised with the heat. This is easily my new favorite sauce! I haven’t even finished my meal and I cleaned up just so I could write this review and then order another eight bottles.”

“If you are like me (which may or may not be a good thing), you love grilling year 'round. This Scotch Bonnet Mustard came in one of my subscription boxes and I thought it would be perfect on a charred hot dog off the grill. And boy, was I right! what I didn't expect is that it would make everything put it on taste like something right out of a backyard BBQ! It has become a staple in the kitchen and I've used it on anything from a turkey sandwich to hard boiled eggs! I have ordered two refills already and I'm sure more to come. Kudos to the Double Take Salsa Co!!”

“The moment that I tasted my first bite of chicken with this sauce, the whole concept of hot sauce changed for me. For me it was a whole new experience with the welcoming creamy sweetness, the friendliness of the Mustard, and BAM! the kick of the scotch bonnet. Your mouth will be on fire, but your heart can't resist not having that flavour in your mouth. Perfect for marinating your chicken or in chicken stew. Although neat, on the spoon”

“This is one of my favorite hot sauces! If you're a fan of spicy mustard I'd definitely give this a try, perfect blend of mustard and heat. It goes great on hotdogs, brats, pulled pork, tater tots and fries. I love using it on my cookout foods that's where it's the best at. It has a pretty good amount of heat too it, not too spicy but just enough bite for you to enjoy it and get that little bit of kick that makes it just right”
