There was a huge clump of solids at the bottom that was impossible to distribute in the bottle by shaking it. Being new to hot sauces it taught me that I do not like ones that are oil based. For me this was a drain pour.

This is very different from most sauces I have experienced, I a good way. This is oil based with a nice smoke and heat. At first I was not a fan, until I marinated meat in it and then grilled it. Wow! I think this is a great way to use this sauce. I got it as a gift pack for my birthday. Its so different and great!

given the spot on the show that it is in I wasn't expecting the heat! I love it. It pairs well with grilled chicken. I really like it on roasted cauliflower. Highly recommend. Good burn great flavor. A little thinner than I expected. all the ingredients come through.

Another one I just recently tried and has become a favorite! Really, really great flavor! Not super hot but you can feel it.

Amazing flavor. Not too hot for anything but a great build up of heat over time. The black pepper and oil makes for a perfect marinade. Recommended.

My husband who doesn't like condiments, loves this sauce. Great on anything. Yes, it's one of those. It's like oil with chilli flakes

Came as part of a 3-pack, so couldn't substitute, but was not impressed. Good flavors, and have to say this has to go back to the recipe drawing board for the delivery system. Ingredients don't literally blend together in the bottle. And if you can get them together in some form, the non-oil ingredients separate back out in 60 seconds. Would use this more as a marinade and not as a cooking, condiment, finishing sauce.

So sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy this one! It definitely takes some shaking, being oil based sauce. Our hot tip is to pour it out into a bowl for dipping, as well - makes a great dipping sauce for dumplings, pizza tacos (and then you can dunk to get all the ingredients. It's a little bit more like a traditional salsa macha in that regard.

Combines really well with other sauces, such as the Poirier sauce or Frank's Red Hot. Gives a great black-peppery addition when mixed in. Fine by itself, though a tad greasy.
