This hot sauce has a really unique flavor with a strong garlic component. The manzano chiles are great. Hot, but not too hot

We have enjoyed this sauce very much, nice citrus flavor. My husband's favorite is still tomasa.

You know when you got that itch at the back of your throat that you can't scratch? This will get all up there. The heat is definitely a roof of mouth and back of throat one. Not fleeting nor sustained, between mild and medium. Smokey and meaty; with an earthy undertone. On wings it is okay, but really good on a burger. Next time I will try it on ribs or brisket, perhaps the lamb I sliced for sandwiches. Good possibilities. Shake it up like crazy, there is some thick stuff at the bottom that really needs to be agitated like a can of paint at the hardware store.

My favorite. Shake it! Smoky, oily, garlic smack in the mouth flavor!

Everything about it is perfect in my mind. Amazing flavor. Perfect amount of heat for me. Can put on virtually any food. Indian, Mexican, pizza (even though I don’t like spicy Italian food), wings, and Thai.

Wow, I am so excited to put this on pad thai, rice, tacos, pizza. . . its really delicious. Its an oil based sauce that is sweet but with a great kick. This is one of the best I've tried. Yum!

One of my favorites. It has a funky flavor profile that goes well with chicken or mixed with mayo on top of a burger.

This is my favorite hot sauce. It is versatile and can go on anything since it has an oil base instead of vinegar. It doesn't take much to light up your life!
