This is the most unique sauce I've ever tried. The flavor is incredible--very smokey, with intense garlic flavor and a smooth, warm heat. It's so delicious. So far, I've loved it on pizza, pasta, cheese toast, ramen, and burritos. I try it anywhere I think garlic would be compatible. I have been recommending it nonstop. It's especially good because it's not too hot for the average person, but it's packed with flavor. You really can't go wrong with this one...unless you don't like garlic!

It was ok, just not a fan of the base. Win some and lose some! Got to keep trying new ones!!

Oh no! So sorry this sauce threw you for a loop. Tomasa is definitely different than a vinegar based sauce. Here’s our suggestion for making it SING. First, give it a really REALLY good shake. All that yummy smoked spice really rocks when it’s shaken thoroughly into the oil. Then pour a little bit of it on a turkey wrap or grain bowl. Bam. It’s liquid gold. Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

Out of all the hotsauces I have gotten out of my subscription this one is by far my favorite. Just a little bit of this sauce adds a great flavor and has a nice heat to it. I use this sauce as a nice compliment to rice, sandwiches, steaks and chicken. I definitely recommend using this on a grilled tri tip.

The base is very complex with many notes, the garlic adds to its complexity, I have a very high tolerance for spice and this gives a nice zing to it, which for me is mild, but great on chicken when I marinate it.

This is definitely our favorite so far! It goes with so much but my favorite is on Naan bread with fresh Mozzarella toasted in the air fryer. It's delicious! It definitely has good heat to it. It'll leave your lips tingling and probably nose running, but flavor is still really good and strong. Just make sure you shake it up really well before pouring out!
