“I got my first bottle of this for my birthday, and my first thought when I tried it was "This would be perfect on a burrito." I haven't eaten it on a burrito yet, but it's been great on tacos, quesadillas and rice and beans. It's smoky and has a REALLY strong flavor. Two or three drops will flavor a whole taco. The burn hits plenty hard for my low-to-average tolerance, and the oil makes the heat stick in my mouth. I made my account just to order more of this stuff. Highly recommended! Just be sure to shake it up a lot.”

Oh no! So sorry this sauce threw you for a loop. Tomasa is definitely different than a vinegar based sauce. Here’s our suggestion for making it SING. First, give it a really REALLY good shake. All that yummy smoked spice really rocks when it’s shaken thoroughly into the oil. Then pour a little bit of it on a turkey wrap or grain bowl. Bam. It’s liquid gold.
