I got my first bottle of this for my birthday, and my first thought when I tried it was "This would be perfect on a burrito." I haven't eaten it on a burrito yet, but it's been great on tacos, quesadillas and rice and beans. It's smoky and has a REALLY strong flavor. Two or three drops will flavor a whole taco. The burn hits plenty hard for my low-to-average tolerance, and the oil makes the heat stick in my mouth. I made my account just to order more of this stuff. Highly recommended! Just be sure to shake it up a lot.

Rich smoky flavor with just the right heat. Amazing on eggs, noodles, pizza, rice, should I keep going?

This is the best steak sauce ever! I wouldn't put anything on my steak. I actually tried it on a pork chop it was very good but I still prefer it on a good steak

This sauce looked more like soy sauce than a hot sauce. It came out runny and had very little flavor

Oh no! So sorry this sauce threw you for a loop. Tomasa is definitely different than a vinegar based sauce. Here’s our suggestion for making it SING. First, give it a really REALLY good shake. All that yummy smoked spice really rocks when it’s shaken thoroughly into the oil. Then pour a little bit of it on a turkey wrap or grain bowl. Bam. It’s liquid gold. Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com
