“Surely, I am not a chilly head. This hot sauce is hot in seconds. It is very tasty flavorful of semi mild garlic and aromatic light oil. I loved it, it burns my tongue and made me little running nose.”

“Super tasty, but due to the high oil content and large amount of suspended particulate it requires a very high degree of agitation before pouring. That being said, it's delicious and definitely worth the money!”

Oh no! So sorry this sauce threw you for a loop. Tomasa is definitely different than a vinegar based sauce. Here’s our suggestion for making it SING. First, give it a really REALLY good shake. All that yummy smoked spice really rocks when it’s shaken thoroughly into the oil. Then pour a little bit of it on a turkey wrap or grain bowl. Bam. It’s liquid gold.
