Nice smokey/garlic flavor. I guess heat is subjective, but I found this to be hot, but not too hot I needed a glass of milk. Very good and I would order again.

It’s garlicky, peppery, spicy, a little Smokey maybe? But it’s just downright good. It’s got plenty of spice (I’d give it a 7/10 for heat) but also a ton of flavor. I’ve put in pasta and pizza and on chicken and in a stir fry and I’m about ready to put this stuff on ice cream just because it’s worked with everything else so far. 10/10 sauce, already shipped a bottle to my brother, will buy again, repeatedly.

Love this sauce. Not super hot if that is what you are looking for but an absolutely amazing flavor.

I wasn't that into smoky hot sauce, and I didn't have high-hopes to even try this one since it seemed runny (due to the corn oil) and very smoky, just by looking at it. Boy was I glad I tried it though! Tomasa has a very rich and peppery flavor. It's not too hot, but has a great kick to it, so you can enjoy the smooth spicy corn flavors. It reminds me of a spicy Elotes, with it's corn-based, smoky, and spicy flavors. My favorite combo with this sauce is to add it to a salad dressing and smother my salad with it. It's great on tacos as well.

The smokiness is phenomenal, heat is top notch, chili blend is perfect. Having it as an oil is a little weird at first, separates super quick, and is a little hard to mix back up after getting it out from the fridge, but it has to be top three sauces I've ever had. Wish you could buy it by the gallon (although that would definitely be too hard to shake up). Good on everything. Never had it on ice cream, but I'd try it if given the opportunity. 100/100, 1000% recommend.
