“The sweetness hits first but is quickly overtaken by the smoke and spice. Bourbon and maple flavors provide great background notes. A tasty sauce that is more versatile than you might think. 6/10 heat rating is accurate--one of the more mild reaper sauces I've had.”

“A fantastic sauce that exceeds expectations. Yes, you get the bourbon. Yes, you get the maple. But the sauce as a whole is so good, and the burn is so perfect. One of my favorites from the season box.”

“I really like this one. Got a good flavor profile but I wished it was a bit hotter, but hey in hot sauce its a contest of Fire and Flavor for me and I gotta say its good enough for general use. A fun tingle that fades after 5-10 minutes.”

“This is the right level of heat. I love it. Cantina Royal has another great hot sauce for us. The maple bourbon flavor is bold yet not overpowering. I add this to cold veggie bites, mix it in my guacamole, throw on top of some chicken or fish. It makes my lip tingle and gives me a slight sniffle yet doesn’t make me regret pouring it on.”
