“I generally find something interesting and worthy in any sauce. This is also true of this sauce, but the negatives do otherwise overpower the positives. The smoke in this is overpowered by a poor choice of bourbons, and they fight each other. I hate to be harsh but this taste more like the smell of shoe polish. The maple is sweet, and under represented because of the overpowering sweet smoke without much character.”
