“This is my FAVORITE sauce so far. I love me a chunky sauce and this one is chunky to the max. The flavor is so deep and rich that it hits you with the umami even with just a drop. Usually the sauce gets lost when paired with foods, but this definitely makes its statement while adding to the flavor of your foods, not being overbearing in the process. This sauce is hot, but I'm able to keep eating it without dying! I'm sweating just thinking about it while I type this review though.”

“The spice level is really only for those that can *really* hold their spice. 1 drop will have you reaching for cup after cup of water. The flavor is nice, but the heat is way too strong for me and I'm usually very good with heat.”
