“This stuff is so good. Has a nice sharp bite, but the flavor is what wins me over. the sea bean + kombu + wasabi combo is so lovely. I’m not usually a super spicy hot sauce person, I was a little hesitant when it was recommend to me, but wow. This is amazing hot sauce! I enjoy using it with packaged ramen or just a fried egg with rice :)”

“Great umami flavor with a slight bit of saltiness, besides. The flavor profile, in my opinion, would limit it greatly to Asian and Asian-adjacent foods.”
