“With it being Carolina reaper, you'd expect an absurd amount of heat. But with the black garlic and maple syrup, the heat is tempered to a very enjoyable amount. Don't get me wrong. It's still very hot. But very enjoyable especially on ribs!”

“It comes on strong and keeps coming. Carolina Reaper brings it like a Vault-Tec rep making a sale and doesn't let down. The heat builds quick and holds on like Stallone to his acting career (for a while). A very smooth blend with the garlic and pepper makes for one of the best burns you'll experience. The only sauce I've enjoyed more so far is The Last Dab. But this is much better priced and almost always available. Grab as much as you can and enjoy the taste.”

“The heat is hotter than the average grocery store hot sauce but isn't a "super-hot". It's a mild burn for a few minutes, and the taste is amazing. It has a sweet, slightly fermented flavor that has started a curiosity in black garlic for me. Although vinegar is the main ingredient, it's not overpowering.”
