“Somehow this is one of the hottest but also most flavorful sauces I've had! Usually flovored hot sauces are disappointing imo. To me, this is pricey for a hot sauce. If that's any concern, have no worries! It only takes a few drops for a banger of a dish. Maybe four drips and I'm in a roasty garlicked crown sweating fever dream! I especially love this (carefully) dripped onto a chicken pizza or used on veggie burritos.”

“Just a small dab is all you need for this flavor-rich sauce. The black garlic gives it depth, but the carolina reaper's kick hits hard. This is a fantastic hot sauce, but use sparingly.”

“Easily my favorite sauce of the most recent batch I got. This thing is brimming with flavor, and the perfect amount of heat. You'd think with "carolina reaper" on the label, this sauce would be a punch in the mouth, but it's much kinder than that. It has a good slow buzzing burn that starts hot but never gets overwhelming. My guess is that it's tempered some by the hint of maple sweetness in the back. But don't think that this is a super sweet sauce. First thing you need to get ready for is the garlic. Again, it's the perfect amount - enough to let you know this is a garlic hot sauce, but not enough to overwhelm. If that sounds anything like what you like, give this a shot. I for one will definitely be getting this one again.”

“Wow, what a delicious sauce! There is so much to love about this one. This hot sauce is one of those that hits hot right from the get go and doesn’t wait for a slow build. It’s hot, it stays hot, but then it slowly opens up to some sweetness in the end. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying it’s sweet like candy, but after the initial wave of heat you do pick up on some some of the other sweet flavors along with just the right amount of that black garlic flavor. This sauce is killer good on pizza and pasta, eggs too. Heck, the right amount of this is good on almost anything. I’d put the heat at about a 7.5-8 out of 10 so it is hot, but give it time - and don’t over do it - and you’ll be rewarded with a great tasting blend of flavors and heat in the end. Well done!”
