“Impossible to squeeze out of bottle. I’m 35 and in decent shape. Shouldn’t be this hard to get it out of the bottle. And no it’s not cold in my home. The honey is too thick. Mix it with wildflower honey would be my recommendation. More viscous”

Honey is a super-saturated solution of two sugars: glucose and fructose. It's the glucose that crystallizes, so some types of honey are more resistant to crystallization because they have low glucose. It doesn't mean the sauce is bad, it is just a natural occurrence! “It has a great heat to it but remembering to get the bottle warm in order to use the product has taken some getting used to on my part. Really nice sweet heat combo and one of the more unique hot honeys that I’ve tried. Great for a nugget condiment just like the name implies.”

“I'll come back and review again after using another time. The first time was too grainy for me. I think heating the sauce up before use would be best. Flavor is good but probably needs to be used with cooking dor the best experience.”

“It came crystalized. I couldnt even get it out of the bottle without heating it up in boiling water which ultimately ruined the label when it got wet. It's not spicy at all, it tastes just like regular honey but grainy. Regular honey is better honestly... This was a big let down.”
