“When I received my bottle, it was completely crystallized. I emailed Heatonist and they quickly sent me a replacement. The customer service was kind and quick. However, that bottle was also completely crystallized. I immediately reached back out to Heatonist and a different employee responded saying that this is the new formula and I need to but the bottle in a bowl of warm water to soften it. I did as instructed and it did soften but quickly crystallized again. And I supposed to do this each and every time I want to use this hot sauce? It seems like the new formula needs some work. I haven’t used it since.”

“The honey is not spicy at all to me. I was hoping for at least a bit of a tingle, but my heat tolerance must be too high. I will use this a honey topping, but sadly it won't have the *hot* honey experience I was hoping for.”

“It is sweet with a nice hint of spice. Rated E for everyone and is a nice everyday carry for the friends and family. My only issue... its a bit thick at times for the tiny hole. Word of advice for avid users, steep in warm to hot water to get the pour going.”
