“After reading the rave reviews, I decided to give this sauce a try. I was a bit underwhelmed by the flavor. While it is nice, it tastes nearly identical to the stuff found in the sauce packets at taco bell, albeit with a bigger kick.”

“This sauce is seriously good. My only complaint is that you guys don't sell a bigger bottle. If I could I would buy a 1 gallon jug of this sauce. It is so incredibly delicious! It has a similar taste to the original Los Calientes but I prefer the Smoked Red Jalapeño base of this sauce. If you have not tried this I would highly recommend picking up a bottle.”

“I ordered both Los Calientes and while the original is great, the Rojo has an indescribable flavor. I've gone through half of the bottle and haven't had it 24 hours yet. I'll be ordering more, so if you want to try it, you better buy some before I buy it all!!! It's that good!!!!”

“I ordered this for my husband who loves the show. He is tough to buy a gift for because he is okay being a rugged man. This hot sauce lasted 2 days. I tasted it and even had some with dinner. It is amazing. The first thing I tasted was the sweet apricot and apple cider vinegar with a little tickle of the honey. As soon as my mouth closed, the scoville units were all accounted for. It has a pleasant citrus and pepper flavor that really hits your nose. We love spicy food so for us this really ranked right in the middle as far as intensity. It leaves a little sweat above the brow and will have you leaning for a drink, in our case, beer. It paired very well with a summer shandy. It is a pleasant sauce and I will be buying another bottle. 5oz lasted 2 dinner cycles, my husband practically drank it. I've even had to talk myself out of the subscription box! Heatonist definitely know what they are doing! Try it!”

“I hope the fine people of First We Feast and Heatonist read reviews because I just want to say - THANK YOU to all of you for this sauce. I thought the OG Los Calientes was my favorite until I tried this heavenly concoction. This sauce is DELICIOUS. I finished it in a week. It goes on everything, and it has a little more heat than the last one which is the perfect amount for my tastes. Look, you need this sauce in your life. If you have no money, ask for it for Christmas. Start a Go Fund Me. I don't want to say steal it because I don't condone stealing but if worst comes to worst I'd rather be in jail than not able to enjoy this sauce.”
