“Really mild, hardly any heat at all. I could drink this stuff and the heat wouldn’t bother me. That said it had a nice flavor and is not too salty. Might be better for cooking and marinating because of the nice flavor.”

“I have gotten 6 hot sauces from this company now (the hot ones 3 pack and April 2020 monthly subscription.) and I also add cholula and various hot sauces to my food. This is by far the most delicious sauce I've eaten yet, a good balance of heat and never overpowers what I'm eating.”

“I like this sauce just as much as the original. It is hotter and now smoker but still has its Los Calientes roots. The green sauce is fresher, tastier and more versatile but Rohos is amazing in its own right. I really hope they continue making more variations because Los Calientes really is great.”

“I love the original Los Calientes it’s been in every order I’ve made in the last two years so I had high hopes for this new one. It’s a pretty good sauce for eggs and tacos but probably won’t buy again since it didn’t live up to the original but it is good”

“So far my favorite of the sauces. It's definitely got some more heat to it than the lower offerings, but not to a crazy point. The flavor is nice and sweet with some smokey/vinegary mixed in. It's flavor is nice and potent too, so it doesn't end up getting muted if you're using it on something with it's own flavor. I went through most of my first bottle in about a week, and definitely plan to buy more.”

“I used to not like hot sauce, but of the years I've changed my tastes and now tray as many as I can. This is the real deal for flavor and some heat but not overbearing. My wife can even do a small finger dab of most the stuff I buy or make. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised when she tired this one. She loved it so much, we had to order another bottle because ours didn't last a week. I would recommend this sauce to anyone! Can't wait to see what they cook up next!”
