“Heat with deep flavor. Favorite application is on my homemade morning breakfast sammie. Either bacon or ham egg and cheese. It also kills on pizza and wings (obviously), tuna salad screams for this as well.”

“I mean that title in the best way possible. I'm actually a fan of the Taco Bell sauces the biggest problem though is the lack of heat on any of them. This is a big step up from that though this definitely has a lot more flavor and layers of flavor, however Taco Bell was the first thing I thought of when I tasted this. It definitely has nice kick of heat to it too. I do find it a little heavy on the cumin but it's not off-putting, it's definitely a solid sauce.”

“Short Summary: This sauce is outrageously delicious. Why isn't it sold in larger bottles? More Details: I've been hunting for the perfect hot sauce for me over the last two years. I've tried many many different kinds, ordering from different sites and local stores, and honestly, this one takes the cake. I've yet to find anything better. It's just such an all around excellent 'hot sauce'. The kind you keep buying for years because it is reliably delicious and goes with so many things. I'm genuinely sad that I can't buy it in larger quantities because I went through the bottle so quickly. I have nothing bad to say about it. It's the perfect mix of sweet with heat. Hot enough to know that you're using hot sauce (it gives you that pleasant zip of heat), but sweet enough that you're not reaching for water while your mouth is burning. It's a perfect balance. The flavours are incredibly well balanced - right amount of vinegar, salt, and underlying hint of smoke. It goes on anything and leaves you wanting more. I think I'm going to try the other Los Calientes sauces to see how they compare, but this one is definitely a buy again sauce and I highly recommend giving it a try!”
