“Really good sauce with good flavor, but I expected more heat. I don't think this reaches 49,000 Scoville. I had a bottle of El Yucateco Extra Picante (Mayan Sauce), and it was way hotter that this. Other than that, it is really good. I will be buying another more spacy sauce later.”

“This is a family favourite. My kids also enjoy it. We add it to chicken mostly and it turns it from boring to amazing. It's not overpowering and it has the perfect balance of heat and flavour to actually make it enjoyable. I ordered 3 bottles just to have some backups.”

“Very disappointed, I received a bottle of Los Calientes Rojo from a friend and I thought it was the best hot sauce I ever had. When I ran out I ordered a new bottle from Heatonist. Either the batches y'all make are wildly inconsistent or you have changed the recipe. While the first bottle had a nice smokey hot flavor, the new bottle is sweet and vinigary, not to my taste at all.”
