“Wow! I have been using Los Calientes in a shrimp marinade for a while now, and I recently switched it up to the Rojo and...BAM! This stuff is incredible. Really versatile, and the heat is JUST RIGHT.”

“An excellent sauce for Tacos, Burritos and seasoned rice. Medium heat with great flavor. The need for refrigeration is a little troublesome for me, but both versions of this sauce are excellent. If you’re looking to get into the world of Hot Sauce Snobbery, this is a great place to start.”
