“The sauce that is a MUST for tacos, beef, pork, chicken, and fish alike! You have to use more than a dab. Great cumin flavor, hint of citrus, flavor is soooo good! I use a generous amount when eating beef tacos. Love love love this sauce”

“The flavor is so addicting! That flavor mixed with just a bit of kick is absolutely perfect and makes me just want to douse my food with it. Jus the right amount of balance. I was also surprised by the price, because it was cheaper than I thought it would be for how famous the show is. A bonus, was how fast the shipping was as well.”

“This is a new favorite hot sauce in our house. I love the original los Calientes but this rojo packs a different punch. It's tangy and perfectly spicy but it creeps so watch out. I ordered 6 bottles so we could stock pile. If that isn't a rave enough review, I don't know what is.”

“you can really taste the quality in this sauce. has a hint of sweet with a nice kick that you can use on a lot of things. I wish I had ordered two cause it is going fast. Maybe Y'all could offer it in a larger bottle.”

“The Los Calientes Rojo is delicious. I personally found it spicier than the original Los Calientes. It has a rounder, richer taste that is almost tomato-y and a little smokey. Mainly I use this as a condiment, but it also works great in marinades and cooking.”

“Los Calientes Rojo is a different spin on their original. Utilizing the nuances of the smokey red jalapenos, the Rojo seems to have a fuller body than compared to its predecessor. I would highly recommend using this sauce to ramp up your Mexican cuisine, especially elote.”
