“This is my new burrito bowl hot sauce. Smokey and the heat is perfect, it won't melt your face off but still delivers a punch. I love this so much I have already purchased more and a few for friends.”

“The two Anejo Sauces that Heatonist carries are by far our absolute favorites! The smoky flavor and limited ingredients are a great addition to absolutely everything. You can't go wrong. Heatonist - you need to start carrying the Habanero XX - we'd LOVE to have this one too!!! We add this one to salad dressings as well, sour cream for morning potato pancakes, ... I think you see the trend here :)”

“I’m from the southwest so there’s really nothing better than a big bag of fresh roasted chiles from a farmers market. This is like that in a bottle. I even drop a little in my green chile when I make my own to give it that drum-roasted flavor. Sadly though, just as a hot sauce it’s not enough heat for me. Hey, don’t these guys make a habanero flavor?? Hook it up HEATONIST!!!”

“This hot sauce was a nice surprise! I added it to my cart because I like to get my usual and then try one new thing, but I was pretty sure my guy was going to like it more. I threw it on some steak that night and was blown away by the spicy, smoky, flavorful goodness that came through. Now, I've started making foods with the addition of this sauce in mind. Definitely recommend!”

“This product is good if you enjoy a smokey flavor. This sauce is much more akin to a chipotle than a traditional verde hot sauce. If you love Chipotle flavor this is a good moderate to mild hot sauce.”
