Great sauce. Not too much heat but lots of smoky pepper flavor. I like to use it in eggs or a grilled chicken sandwich. Definitely a good sauce to have on hand wether your a casual sauce eater or a seasoned veteran.

This is a good sauce but it was just a bit too smokey for my taste. Otherwise, it has good flavor and kick. I eat it primarily with eggs & veggies as I didn't like it on other things.

Very strong smoky flavor. I used on chicken wings but I think it would work better on grilled or smoked meats.

Are you ever making a dish (chili, grilled corn on the cob, stuffed poblano peppers) and trying to get just a tiny-tiny-tiny bit of that campfire/smoked meat flavor in there? This is your ticket to happy camp. I love the medium heat and that distinct smoky flavor. The taste is authentic and not like the whatever god-forsaken chemicals are made to make liquid smoke. This is a keeper.

Purchased this sauce earlier in the year at the Brooklyn store and loved it, so I ordered more. Should have read the fine print- the 8oz bottle has been replaced with a 5oz bottle. Came as a bit of a surprise but still super tasty.

Not my cup of tea as it were. Overpowering bitter smoke flavor.

It's thick, chunky, and full of flavor without being overpowered by vinegar. It has a great spice to it. Really good with eggs and anything else. One of my new favorite sauces.

The nose grabs proportional amounts of what you will taste. Both the smoke and mild heat are on equal footing w vinegar, they melt together with ‘ verdiness ‘ .You heard it here first. Well crafted, and on the subtle side ( if you’re not drinking it) . Garlic rounds pepper tones with understatement. First pairing, dabs on air fried wings. Easy pour. Easy eating. Great for rice, with fish, with a Chardonnay, add to hummus. Heat never ramps up, sustains from first bite to last. Family friendly, no bad after taste. Acidity drops low when eating it with something. Might have trouble competing with stronger flavored foods and casseroles . As advertised, simple and uncomplicated.
