Of the sauces I bought recently this one I thought I'd be the most underwhelmed by, but I was dead wrong. This sauce has amazing flavor, some slow building heat, and a consistency like marinara sauce. Tried it on pizza and wings and I'm sure it'll be phenomenal on most anything you'd put hot sauce on.

Very smooth. I initially didn't know how/what to pair this sauce with. I paired it with a few things, experimentally, at first; eggs, wings, pizza. But the real flavor came out when I used on my smoked pork ribs. Awesome! Simple dry rub (salt, sugar, paprika, garlic, ginger, black pepper, onion powder) combined with this sauce has been added to the recipe book.

I liked it enough I took it to work and a woman I work with made me order her a bottle

A hot-sauce shouldn't taste like sour and spicy dirt.

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. We find it really sings on freshly grilled burgers and grain bowls. Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

I was hoping for a bit more bite when it came to spice from this one, but what it lacks in spice it definitely makes up for in flavor. it has great citrusy and tangy notes, and isn't overly sweet. I like it mostly on chicken, or even to toss in to dress a fresh salad.

Bright red color and a hit of sweetness from the beets and pomegranates, hint of tartness from the lemon, and mild undertones of the pistachios with a mild heat. Interesting sauce, but not one of my favorites.
