“These are solid sauces. I've become addicted to boneless homemade chicken wings & these Hot One sauces. This particular sauce tastes sweet & nice until a few seconds later with the stinging bite reminding you what you've done. I have not had this in chili yet but I bet it would blend perfectly. Its a winner”

“This is a great sauce for pepper heads. The heat comes on slowly and has a nice long burn on your palette. It is also not overly sweet, as a lot of hot sauces tend to be in this heat range. Instead, you get a rich, smoky savory flavor that has a nice kick. I typically eat it in sandwiches or over eggs. I found the price on the high side, but it is one of the few that manage to balance heat and flavor. I will be buying this again. I’m about halfway through my first bottle and I am already thinking about ordering more. It’s that good.”

“I’m not a huge garlic fan, so this is my go-to from this brand (I love the horseradish sauce, but it’s a bit more specialized). Surprisingly complex and almost mild at first, the flavor blooms as the heat does. Rich, smoky, and peppery, with some real heat, it shines with cheese, in soups, or pasta sauces. Love it.”

“This has a good punch of heat that burns immediately, yet is manageable. Hot and that is the predominant profile with string pepper notes. Slight sweetness at the end.”

“I’ve been on the subscription since summer of 2021 and this is my favorite. It’s so damn flavorful with the perfect amount of heat. I can’t keep it on the shelf. I’m on my 3rd or 4th bottle at this point.”

“Has flavor of a basic fermented habenero sauce. Probably wouldn't spend 16 on it again, but I also make one that tastes very similar. Definitely worth trying I'd you don't make any yourself”
