“This one is not for me. It is so overwhelmingly sweet upfront I can’t give it higher than three stars. That’s too bad because the second half of the flavor is great. I love the spices in the finish and it has a slow heat that is really nice.”

“Absolutely the best balance of sweet and heat to me. It's a very usable hot sauce. Pairs well with any fish, meat, breakfast food, Asian and Mexican cuisine, etc. I already have one in reserve, but I'm getting another just because it's only eight bucks. The moderate/medium heat hot sauces should all be priced like this, but they aren't. If you can go through the bottle in five or six uses because the heat isn't extreme, it really shouldn't be above the eight or ten dollar mark. Good on them for getting it right on this one.”

“This pairs so well with BBQ sauce it HURTS. I want to put it on everything! Recipe advice--make some pulled chicken or nachos and use the sweetness and spiciness of this sauce to give you the perfect kick. The flavor is just right.”
