“My initial impression of this hot sauce was that it was runny and tasted like onion and liquid smoke. I found myself putting it on everything. Two weeks later, the bottle was almost empty. It's a mild everyday hot sauce. It's not overly vinegary. This sauce is especially delicious mixed with the Torchbearer Headless Horseradish sauce and the Heartbeat Pineapple Habanero sauce. Mmm. I will definitely repurchase.”

“Perfect add-on to Chili-cheese Hot Dogs! Mix 1 Tblsp. with your favorite chili then apply to the dog. Sprinkle on shred cheese and top with fresh chopped onion. Magnificent!”

“I'm honestly wondering if the taste of this one is different per batch... Because I've read reviews saying it was sweet and oniony, and I've read some saying it was vinegary. The one I got was very vinegary and didn't taste like much else. I'm still gonna use it on occasion, but I was hoping to get more onion flavor and way less vinegar.”

“Initially, I was worried this one would be too spicy for me (I'm on the sensitive side) but I was pleasantly surprised. I would rate it more like a 3/10 on the hot meter. Warm, but allows the simple flavors to come through. My husband who enjoys scorching spices agreed that the flavor is good, but definitely much more mild in heat.”

“I'm not going to lie, I was REALLY looking forward to trying this one. Unfortunately, I got very little smoked onion flavor. It struck me primarily as a hot vinegar, without much going on. Not very sweet, not very savory, mostly just sour. Can't recommend.”

“I enjoy this sauce, but my boyfriend LOVES it. We went through the bottle in a week and a half, and it’s a thick sauce! He kept raving to people about how good the flavor is, and it has SO few ingredients. A simple sauce in ingredients, yet complex in flavor, it’s become a favorite in our house!”
